Is ADSL Direct just a reseller of Telstra services?

0

No. Whilst ADSL direct, like many other ADSL providers, is required to use Telstra s copper PSTN network for the access to the customer site, all traffic is backhauled via Telstra or via the MacroCom multi STM1 microwave system for long distance transmission. All Internet connectivity is done via ADSL Direct via our own multiple up-stream peers. At no time is the Telstra Bigpond Internet service used, and failure or poor performance in this part of Telstra s retail network will not affect ADSL direct customers.
