If you are working and have your own place then in my eyes you are living the life of an adult. The 25 year olds that I know that need to grow up are still living with their moms or not working and expecting everybody to take care of them. You sound pretty ‘grown up’ to me. Your wardrobe has nothing to do with what kind of person you are. Nothing at all. I am a mom who wears slightly sarcastic tee shirts (Mr. Potato Head picks his nose) and (innocent bystander). And I wear jeans all the time and have one pair of shoes that I live in- my white sketchers. But that does not make me any less of an adult because I dress like a teen. Your actions determine how you should be look at. Not your clothes.
