These days it is routine to fly horses, and the airlines we use are specially equipped for their safety. As with any form of transportation, there are of course, risks. But air travel has actually proven to be one of the safest methods of transport. Thousands of horses fly each year, including many of the world’s most elite and valuable equestrian teams, and problems during air transport are extremely rare.
