A. Alcohol use is not allowed at any City facility unless written permission is granted by the Parks & Recreation Director or his designee. Usage of alcohol is only permitted within the areas designated on the permit. All alcohol uses will be required to have proof of insurance with liquor liability coverage. Q. What are the conditions for reserving a softball field? A. Softball/Youth baseball fields are reserved for league games, tournaments, and with any special group. Fields are not reserved for individual team practices, they are available only on a first come first serve basis. Groups reserving softball/youth baseball fields are required to carry liability insurance coverage. Parks and Recreation league games have first priority on week day nights.
