• Yes! For long time customers who remember Gloria's pizza when they were growing up in Flushing this is the same owners and the same great pizza they remembered growing up as a kid. Many Flushing natives ask if they are the same, well they surely are. • How long has Amore Pizzeria been in business? • We opened in July of 1975 and we are coming up on 30 years in business in Flushing. We hope to last 30 more years and keep giving our customer great food and great memories. • Does Andy the pizza man still work at Amore's? • Yes he does. The long time employee has been with Amore for over 25 years. He started working here at about 15 or 16 years old and is still cooking a great pie!
