Assuming this question refers to a person who is eligible for workers' compensation benefits and becomes incarcerated, the Claimant would continue to receive workers' compensation benefits after incarceration. If released from medical restrictions by a doctor to return to work, but Claimant is unable to report due to being incarcerated, income benefits would stop. more
