Is an insured person who ceases to be in an insurable employment on account of permanent disablement eligible to receive any benefits under the Act?
: An insured person who ceases to be in an insurable employment on account of permanent disablement caused due to an employment injury shall be eligible to receive only medical benefits for himself and his spouse, till the date on which he would have vacated the employment on attaining the age of superannuation had he not sustained such permanent disablement, if he pays contribution of Rs. 120.00 every year in advance.
