The Directorate of Estates has set up an Information and Facilitation Centre (IFC) in Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi which is operational since July, 1997. The IFC provides following information. • Availability of accommodation-Locality and Type. • Waiting List position of the applicants-available at NICNET. • Change waiting list position-available at NICNET. • Licence fee payable by an allottee. • Availability of Holiday Homes/Touring Officers Hostel. • Display of name, room number telephone numbersworks handked by officers of the Directorate. Grievances redressal: The Directorate of Estates follows a grievance redressal procedure as laid down by Government of India.
