Is anyone’s mental health worse at this time of year?

I like Christmas, but I think the expectation of ‘having’ to enjoy myself puts unnecessary pressure on me, if that makes sense?

Edit: Wow, this sure blew up! It’s reassuring to know so many people feel like me. Whatever you’re doing this year, I hope you have a Merry Christmas 🙂

From this, you need to spend more time outside, even in cloudy weather. Even in the absence of the sun, the illumination level on the street is higher than indoors. Eat-in a balanced way. It is necessary to consume more complex carbohydrates, reduce the consumption of sweet foods, and not forget about vitamins, especially C, A, and D. Find time for physical activity. Exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week, but preferably more. In extreme cases, if your mental health is severely neglected, it remains only to seek the necessary help.

Mental health must be well treated, it is really important. That is why I am always checking last updates about CBD products, which is number one solution! If you are interested in it, I suggest to read more about cbd oil side effects where are all the best information and decent solutions about how to choose one according to your preferences.

My mental health got worse this year… I had to do a lot of things to feel better. I even bought Asendin at online pharmacy ca because my doctor prescribed me it. Well, it actually helped and now I am fine. Guys, take care of yourself as health is the only thing we should think about.
