Is anyone a “Vivacious Vegan” Blogger?
Hi there. I’m not a member of that site but I do have a great vegan parmesan cheese. Vegan Parm: 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (preparation below) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. lemon zest Blend all ingredients in a small blender/food processor/coffee grinder until everything is tiny crumbs. To toast sesame seeds, heat a pan on medium heat and add sesame seeds. Stir frequently until seeds are a browned or tan-colored. Remove from pan immediately to stop the cooking process. Enjoy!
