Is anyone still planning to use Avent bottles???

0

When the BPA ban was announced, I scoured the internet to find a bottle that might work with my Avent system. My son is 7 months, is happy with the Avent bottle – and I also didn’t want to have to make another large investment in bottles, nipples and accessories – and besides the BPA issue, I really liked the Avent system. I found a review that stated that the Gerber GentleFlow bottles were BPA free, and worked with all Avent Caps, Nipples and rings. I have since replaced my Avent bottles with Gerber GentleFlow bottles and am extremely happy – the new bottles are almost identical to the Avent bottles, they work with the Avent system and I have not had any leaks. I was also able to replace my bottles for about $25, rather than $100 +. I did confirm with Gerber that the bottles are indeed BPA free before making the change.
