Mirage V2.0 AWOL Feb 4th, 2007 I used to work in an ethnic market. The boxes of ARGO were often found open around the store, partially eaten. The explanation I got was that it was considered a form of birth control. I doubt that this is true, but may be an urban legend. While I have never heard of any one being hurt by this product, its use is probably pointless. Tani gives a good response re: nutrition which I refer you to.
