it can be yes. Recently it has been in the news as being addictive, although not at the same degree that things like heroin and nicotin are. The reason it can be addictive is that if you take it, you temporarily get rid of the pain you originally took it for- be it a headache for example. But then, 4 hours or so later, the pain returns, because the reason for the pain was not dealt with- say for exapmple the heaache was really an eye strain headache or stress headache and you have not dealt with the issue by getting glasses/an eye test or destressing/dealing with the stressful situation. So you try to resolve this by taking more asprin…. and then your body becomes reliant on it and without it, immedialty get a headache, and as you are not used to the pain and the body has had to readjust to the pain it will feel that much worse. Plus the bodies dependancy, which can result in headaches and fatigue if it become reliant on the asprin. If you find yourself taking asprin for more then 2
