What is said to be seeing of the beauty includes the seeing of the independent observer. They are not separate events, not different experiences. To see an awesome, glorious, beauty, any petty, separate observer experience disappears. That whole experience, not divided into the seen and the see-er, where the point of view of an observer loses significance, leads you to have an insight about your objective point of view being unnecessary. You see, seeing beauty is not seen by the petty self, it is a wholistic view free of the limited thought functions. It is always the limited thought which invents theories and technology and in its limited self understanding confuses and complicates.

Actually, your interpretation of the clouds is merely based on years of conditioning. You and I both know that most people can agree that they have only seen the tops of clouds from an airplane. Coincidentally, most people also get corrupted and conditioned much the same way on earth. When we reach a certain age, we’re already “programmed” by society. At that point we learn to appreciate the many things we don’t ordinarily experience. Babies and small children wouldn’t likely interpret the tops of clouds the same way because their perception of it doesn’t reflect any bias, and therefore doesn’t become defined at all. If a child was raised above the clouds for many years, then that child wouldn’t have your interpretation. In reality society gives us many ugly things, so its no wonder the tops of clouds would be interpreted as something glorious. The concept of beauty is something completely subjective.
