No. BedInABox, LLC is in no way affiliated with Overnight Mattress. BedInABox, LLC is owned by Bill Bradley and Steve Nice. Overnight Mattress is owned by Matt Smith, Brad Smith and Jason Boger. Overnight Mattress is actually a company called Dock 1, LLC, formerly called JMB Marketing, which operates out of a rented warehouse space called the JC Commercial Warehouse at 119 E. King St. in Johnson City, TN. BedInABox owns its own building at 414 Industrial Park Rd. in Piney Flats, TN.
