Is bleeding after membrane sweep two days later normal?
I’m not sure how much bleeding is normal after a membrane sweep… It could just be a result of your cervix dilating in early labor, but I’d be concerned about the possibility of something like a small placental abruption, but that’s because I experienced one myself in my last pregnancy… If I were you, I would call my dr. Or midwife and describe the situation and see what they would prefer for you to do. If it’s perfectly normal, they will let you know, and if they are concerned at least you will know that you didn’t take any unnecessary chances.
