Is blood type AB (woman) and blood type O (man) can easily conceive a baby?
It doesn’t matter about blood type, it has to do with the Rh factor. Whether the blood is positive or negative. If a woman is negative and the man is positive, it can cause problems. After birth the infant’s blood (if positive like the father) can cross and Mom can develop antibodies which will cause problems conceiving later on. So for first pregnancy you are fine. But even if you have a miscarriage you will need to get a dose of Rhogam. You will get a dose of Rhogam at 7 months and then again after birth if your child is positive.
