Is cancer related to swollen lymph nodes?

0

It is the other way around. Cancer that starts in the Lymph nodes, is Lymphoma (Hodgkin’s, or Non-Hodgkin’s). Lymphoma can spread to the lungs, spleen, liver or bones, but if they have said it is lung cancer, then that is what it is. Lung cancer, like many other cancers can spread to the lymph nodes.
