Is cantaloupe fattening?
Cantaloupe is not fattening. It is low in calories and mostly made of water like other melons. Cantaloupe is full of vitamins and antioxidants including Vitamin A, beta-carotene, electrolytes, potassium, lutein, zea-xanthin and cryptoxanthin. Think about it this way, just 100 g of cantaloup has just 34 calories and 0 grams of fat so I’d say that is not fattening.
