Most of the time, Cebu Pacific flights are cheaper than PAL’s. And yes, you heard it right too. Their customer service sometimes sucks but so does PAL’s. Contrary to what you posted, you can book through Cebu Pacific’s official website. My friends and I booked our flights to Palawan through their website. The most crowded ones are in malls, understandable as many people go there.
