No gum is good for your teeth…. it starts the digestive prosses, and gets digestive fluids running in your mouth and causes extra acid in your mouth and will rot the enaml on your teeth…. also excessive chewing will lead to TMJ ( tight mandibular joint ) I know cause I have it !!!!

Not as its sugar free, although there has been recommendations to not always chew on an empty stomach as chewing aids digestion and also helps create more stomach acid so may damage the stomach over time.
