Is Chinese/Japanese food “healthy”?

0

Eating on a daily basis, Japanese food is healthy for you but Chinese food is not. Afterall Japan has the highest life expectancy and that is due to their healthy diet and meal plans. I also love both Chinese and Japanese food but overall Japanese dishes unlike Chinese, has a way less use of oil, not a single use of MSG and mostly consists of fresh and raw fish and vegetables. Ofcourse there are dishes like tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet), tempura and other fried dishes but even so they always come with a side of raw vegetables and miso soup which we understand is good for your body.
