Is chlamydia symptom-less unless it progresses to PID?

I got treated a long while ago for this infection. I felt the same symptoms for a year after the antibiotics and it only stopped once I became pregnant! I had the infection for 23 months and doctors believed it developed in to PID. As much as it’s treatable, the damage is irreversible so PID can cause chronic pelvic pain. My PID didn’t seem to damage my reproductive system too much as I’m now pregnant but doctors believe my bladder could be stuck to another organ which is causing the horrible twinges and pulling pains I have. I’ll have a laparoscopy in the future to investigate. I wouldn’t say that nausea would play a part in either endo or PID. Are you on any new form of birth control as they can cause some horrible symptoms? There are ways of keeping endo at bay using tablets so whatever you’re feeling should be investigated further.
