I only like milk chocolate, but I find that whenever I feel depressed, eating a bar of my favourite chocolate soon lifts my mood. I’ve asked around and a lot of my family and friends get the same feeling when they eat chocolate while their mood is low. I don’t know whether or not doctors believe chocolate is a natural anti-depressant, but it often works for me. And it may not be healthy to eat it every day, but then again, no one has died by eating a bar of chocolate as far as I know (unless it’s an allergy or something). Not that I excuse it for being unhealthy in large amounts, but I see no real harm in chocolate, unless you’re a dog (or allergic).
