Probably, but best to check with the pharamcist or motherisk first. They rate the safety of medications while breastfeeding by the percentage of the drug that passes into your milk.

No it’s not safe. there’s not really any systemic anti histamine you are able to take while breastfeeding but there’s nasal sprays, eye drops and creams that you can use.
