Please ask your insurance company what is covered and what is considered cosmetic and thus not covered before you purchase it.  If you have already purchased insurance, or if you don’t have insurance, you can get a supplemental plan that covers cosmetic work, at least to a good measure here: http://dentalservice4less.com
