Is cows milk a good source of calcium for the human body?

It depends. Human babies are made to drink human milk. Without human milk, any milk is a good substitute to maintain life. For adult humans, no. Adult humans are not designed to ever drink milk, just like all adult mammals. No other mammal drinks milk beyond the natural weening age. Calcium is abundant in many plant foods. The problem is, we don’t eat them, anymore. Who eats roses, poke salad, thistle, ivy, clover, or any of the thousands of other plants that grow wild everywhere? Monkeys, apes, and other simians don’t drink milk, so why should we? Because we are too picky about what we do eat. Without the plants that we need for calcium, we do need to drink milk. Europeans never drink milk after about 4 years old. They also eat a more varied diet. They eat livers, kidneys, tongues, intestines, and every other organ of animals. Americans don’t. They also eat more and a greater variety of vegetables. Variety isn’t just the spice of life, it is the essence of life.
