But according to NPR, he’s been named Billboard’s biggest one-hit wonder of the 2000s for the same song. It’s true: Powter hasn’t revisited any of the Billboard charts since “Bad Day,” nor has he released any songs besides that one that most people could name. But he’s not the only one to be granted this dubious honor — also on the list are “Butterfly” by Crazy Town and “You’re Beautiful” by James Blunt.
