A. Another good question. Our Deep Tissue Massage is not painful. The way we do Deep Tissue Massage at Lydia's Massage Therapy is from a more gentle approach. We get to the source of pain by using the most minimal amount of compression or pressure in order to release tight muscles. It's still deep, just not painful.
