Is Design Revision Needed on Modern Naval Design and Construction Techniques?

Warship with expensive and latest technologies will be needed to replace aging vessels that are currently operated by these countries. One way to reduce the shipbuilding cost is by revising the naval craft design and construction technique while maintaining ship’s performance, operational life, and resilience as well as the environmental impact. Integration of Civilian Construction Standards Most of ferry and commercial boats have wide and uncluttered corridors with bright spaces, while narrow walkways and low ceilings are traditionally found in a warship. Implementing this design on naval craft with comfortable crew bunks will have a good impact in raising crews’ morale.
