Usually the pain is located in the upper right quadrant. Diarrhea can play a role in gall bladder disease but where you are having the pain doesn’t match. Either way you need to have a Dr check you. If it is the gall bladder you could have stones and they can lodge into the bile ducts causing real severe pain.
