Is downloading graphic free in Virgin Mobile?
yes, any content whether its from VXL or from Studio V, it must still be paid for even if you made it. However, if you have a camera phone you can send graphics from your computer to the camera phone for free (except for picture messaging charges of course). I have a Slash which is a camera phone and I get free wallpapers because I save them onto my computer then send them to my phone in a picture message 🙂 getting free ringtones on the other hand is a different story, its totally impossible to do it on Virgin Mobile 🙁 My suggestion is to get a camera phone, it will prevent you from having to spend money on the wallpapers from VXL and Studio V.
