Is downloading music from the program Acquisition illegal like LimeWire?
As Acquisition uses the same servers as limewire and is based on it , there will be stuff on there that is copyright free but 90%+ of the music is copyrighted and can not be legally downloaded Though I know a commercial Radio DJ of the oldies type who has more legal cds than you can shake a stick at and he downloads the odd song to play on this Radio show, He does most of his shows from home and mp3s them in Oh and looking at the answer below music torrents are no more legal than Limewire
