Is Dr. Broder a Dermatologist?
Dr Broder is not a Dermatologist nor a Plastic Surgeon. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has diagnosed and treated diseases of the skin for more than 14 years. He also has more than 3 years of additional dedicated surgical training (dermatologists have none). He has extensive training in aesthetic procedures (mostly by and with dermatologists and plastic surgeons) and is more than qualified to provide cosmetic procedures to his patients. Dr Broder has restricted his practice solely to aesthetics for 2 years. He personally performs most procedures and carefully supervises the services provided by his staff. Please note that most cosmetic procedures administered at Dermatologist and Plastic Surgeon offices are often performed by the staff and not by the physician. There are many other ‘Medspas’ where a medical director is listed but not present.
