Petrol is the answer. As the old law book that states, below 1500 km/ month petrol is the best buy. Just don’t look at the petrol prices and they go for the diesel, there so many things that you need to calculate, the premium for a diesel vehicle is close to a Lakh extra then its counter parts, the mantaince of diesel is little higher not way too much compared to petrol. I would have suggest Diesel if your daily commute would have been more then 50-75 km per day, wherein diesel would work absolutely fine based on various statistics.
