I absolutely love clementines too! They are a fruit and to much fruit is bad for you because they have so much sugar in them and yes it is natural sugar but it still isn’t good for you! So when you eat that many clementines the sugar processes differently and turns into fat! So yes she is right! Another thing that you might find helpful is that you shoul not eat clementines or your fruits and starches and vegetables like potatos after you eat you meats because then they are siting in your body waiting for your meat to digest which takes four hours and the other stuff does not take that long so all thr time that it is siting in your body behind the meat it is becoming fatty!
