Is EDGAR the only online filing system used for SEC filings?

I am and have been responsible for SEC filings from an accounting perspective, and as far as I know, it is the only online filing system for the SEC. Note that some documents may be filed on paper, with only an electronic index issued in EDGAR to point to the availability of the paper filing.
