F2020 XTRM Power Lube does not increase the viscosity of the engine oil, this is because normally most of the engine oil viscosity fall in the categories of either 0W-30, 0W-40, 0W-50, 5W-30, 5W-40, 5W-50, 10W-30, 10W-40, 10W-50, 15W-30, 15W-40, 15W-50, 20W-40, 20W-50, 20W-60, 25W-40, 25W-50 or 25W-60. All the engine oil viscosity above when measured at 100 degrees Celsius are all more viscous than F2020 XTRM Power Lube. If you want to increase the viscosity of the engine oil, you have to use viscosity improver oil treatment.
