Is Food Optimising expensive?
Food Optimising can be as cheap or as expensive as you want to make it. Take another look through the Free Food list. A lot of Free Foods including potatoes, pasta, eggs, beans, tinned tomatoes and frozen vegetables like beans, corn, leeks, spinach, carrots and swede can all be bought very cheaply. Of course if you want to splash out the Free Food lists also include salmon, caviar and even lobster!
