Is Glucose Fructose Syrup the same thing as High Fructose Corn Syrup?
In the UK high fructose corn syrup is called glucose fructose syrup. They are the same thing, different name. It would help if the people in the UK would learn to speak English. (Yank humor). You must know that fructose is a poison. Dr Richard Johnson has done some amazing work linking fructose consumption with high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, obesity and diabetes.
