Is green tea good for a UTI/ possible kidney infection?
Not if you already have the infection, then you should take anti-biotics. Tea is good for the immune system and has some sterilising properties. However tea is also a diuretic (makes you wee) and perhaps isn’t best taken in quantity, if you already have a kidney or bladder problem. A good tea to try might be lemon balm. Lemon balm will lift your mood and assists the immune system. It tastes of lemon but is not in any way bitter. Lemon balm will grow well in a shady spot of most any garden.
