There are gypsum concrete toppings that are 4500 PSI and above, which is higher than most slabs.

With poured in place systems weeks are required to drive the moisture out of the gypsum concrete what should I expect with Rad Heat Panels?
Is the epoxy concrete patch as strong as a traditional concrete patch?
How strong is the concrete used?
