Is HCG FDA approved?
HCG has been approved by the FDA for some treatments but not for weight loss. While that may not sound good, the reason for this is that HCG ALONE does not make people lose weight. It is only when HCG is used correctly with the HCG diet that people are able to lose weight at the rate of 20 to 30 pounds in a month. If someone took HCG and ate a high calorie, high fat diet, they would not lose weight. It is only in combination with the diet that it is effective. But our product does meet FDA guidelines.
