Mr. Martin Agbaso’s prayers are presently lodged with the Elections Tribunal sitting in Owerri. Mr. Agbaso is seeking a determination by the Elections Tribunal that INEC has the powers as they pertain to the nullification of the election(s) of April 14th in Imo State, and that Mr. Ikedi Ohakim of PPA based on the enumerated powers of INEC should
