Is Indian Food less nutritious than Japanese, Chinese or Korean Food?

I actually think food from India is like food from anywhere else – there is great healthy dishes and then there are dishes loaded with not-so-good ingredients for long term health. Also I have noticed when any “foreign” food enters another country it is modified to fit the taste of the latter country and may take a downward turn. A big example is Mexican food in the USA. Once in the USA it is smothered in heavy cheeses and laden with an over-abundance of meats to fit the USA’s taste. Italian pizza is another – look at the change in it from the original. I’m sure this has happened the many forms of Asian cooking too. But restaurant owners need to make their living too.
