Is Internet Explorer 8 still in Beta version?

Internet Explorer 8 has been released and is not in the Beta stage. Microsoft will continue to make updates and improvements based on feedback. You can try using the compatibility view feature in IE8 when you go to eBay. I was able to load eBay without issue and I am currently using IE8. I would try to reinstall IE8 and see if the issue is corrected.
