Is it alright to wear jeans/polo shirt during a job interview?

A polo shirt would be nice, but i’m not sure about the jeans. Usually if they are a darker denim color (without holes of course) you can get away with wearing them and they look nice. Khakis are always nice, so your best bet is to go with them. It may not work for a grocery store but for retail usually you can just look at what the employees are wearing and try to wear a slightly nicer version of that. Good luck on your interview, if your nervous just relax, they’ve asked you for an interview so they at least see some potential.
