If you happened to find the perfect wedding invitation that happens to be a postcard, do it. It’s your wedding. However, you will need to supply some means to provide an RSVP card. If you and EVERYONE on your guestlist is internet savvy (doesn’t happen often), you may want to set up a website where your guests can go an RSVP. If your wedding, however, has more of an elegant theme, postcards may not set the mood correctly for your and your fiance. Hope this helps!
Yes. You can create beautiful wedding invitation postcards at home but you will need to send in an envelope for the RSVP card. When old traditions end new ones begin 🙂 Edit – It’s appropriate for some people and shouldn’t be judged inappropriate by others. Having been to many weddings that didn’t follow tradition it’s quite refreshing to see that people are not bound by old tradition and correctness.
