You shouldn't let him do this to you. You are not someone to be manipulated and toyed with. If he could do this to you, he obviously do not love you enough. You must stand up for yourself and respect yourself! Next time he does the same thing, you don't have to apologise and if he decides to leave you, you will know such a guy is not worth loving. What you have for him is no longer love, but dependency. You are so used to him that you can forgive him for all he has done wrong and you should step out of it. It might be painful at the start but I believe time will soothe your wounds and you will truly fine someone who loves you.
