Is it better to wake up naturally or with an alarm clock?

I don’t know, but whatever the answer is, it makes no difference…for some people, the alarm clock is a completely necessary tool to prevent them from sleeping…waking up naturally for me on the weekends is like 10:00, so it would probably be pretty hard to train myself to wake up at the needed time even if I wanted to.
